Cancellation & Refund Policy

This cancellation policy applies only within 3 days of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order within 3 days of placing it, please send an email to enquiry@pragatiapple.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund via bank transfer within 5-7 business days. In case of cancellation within 3 days of placing the order:

• 10% of the fees will be deducted against Interaction & Processing Charges.
• Additional charges for document collection & transportation will be deducted if applicable.

Remaining amount will be processed for refund. If you wish to cancel your order after 3 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. Please ensure that you provide accurate bank details in your cancellation request, including the account holder's name, account number, and IFSC Code.
