Vijaykumar B. Baligar is the founder chairman of Pragati Apple Education. He holds a master's degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Karnatak University. Dharwad. Vijaykumar's passion for science and education dates back to his childhood. However, due to financial constraints, he could not pursue his dream of studying science.
